As a web designer, I have also learned a bit or two about SEO. Any SEO plugin that makes life easier for myself and my clients is what I use. For instance, there is the WP All-in-One SEO Pack.

Yes, I really like WP plugins. It makes life easier. I still want to learn the code, though so I can make more unique and interactive tools on my own sites that I design for myself and others.

Boundary VFX has developed some scripts for Silhouette Roto and Paint. I haven't tried them, but they seem like they could be helpful in streamlining the roto process (any help there is generally more than welcome). :)
